Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review the following booking policies before confirming your guest spot on the show. 🔹 1. Processing Fee (Non-Refundable) A non-refundable processing fee is required to secure your guest spot. This fee covers administrative and production costs, including scheduling, content review, episode planning, and marketing preparation. Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations or rescheduling. 🔹 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Guests may request to reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled recording time. All rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to: [insert email]. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered a no-show at our discretion. 🔹 3. No Call / No Show Policy If a guest misses their scheduled recording without prior notice or communication, a $20 no call/no show fee will be invoiced. This policy ensures respect for the production team's time and resources. Failure to pay the no-show fee may result in ineligibility for future bookings. 🔹 4. Preparedness & Professionalism Guests are expected to: Complete the pre-interview questionnaire in full Arrive on time and ready to record Use a quiet environment with a stable internet connection Be respectful and on-topic throughout the session 🔹 5. Final Discretion The 10 Dimensions of Wellness Podcast and Dear Black Woman Media reserve the right to decline or reschedule guests as needed to maintain the integrity and purpose of the show.
