Shyann Price: Creating Space and Skin Confidence—One Venture at a Time

A Multi-Hyphenate Entrepreneur with Vision

In a world that often asks Black women to pick one lane, Shyann Price has chosen several—and is mastering them all. A licensed realtor, founder of the organic skincare brand Bombshell Sensations, and the force behind the nonprofit Let’s Link Collective, Price is reshaping what it means to be a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Her ventures aren’t scattered—they’re strategic. Each one stems from a desire to serve her community with purpose, authenticity, and personal connection.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, but doing business nationwide, Shyann manages her enterprises with the precision of a corporate strategist and the heart of a creative. She is deeply involved in every layer of her businesses, from handcrafting skincare formulas to networking at local real estate events to coordinating community food drives.

From Fulfillment Centers to Fulfilling Purpose

Before building her empire, Shyann was managing operations in an Amazon Fulfillment Center, overseeing more than 100 employees and ensuring profitability under pressure. That role sharpened her skills in organization, leadership, and system-building—skills she now applies across her enterprises.

But the real turning point came in 2020. Pregnant with her first child, Shyann made a decision: she wanted time freedom, financial independence, and to never miss the moments that matter most. That conviction launched Bombshell Sensations, a brand focused on clean, customizable skincare products that genuinely work—and center the consumer’s voice in the process.

The Innovation Behind Bombshell Sensations

What sets Bombshell Sensations apart in the oversaturated skincare market is Shyann’s personalized approach. Customers can customize products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferred ingredients. “There weren’t skincare brands asking what the customer actually wanted,” she explains. “So I made that the core of my business.”

Clients rave about her turmeric bars, body butters, and lip balms, often placing repeat orders and leaving glowing feedback. “People forget that skin issues aren’t just cosmetic—they impact self-esteem. Hearing from women who’ve regained their confidence through my products keeps me grounded and inspired.”

She ensures quality by keeping production in-house and maintaining transparency about ingredients. “If something’s been sitting on your shelf for two years and looks the same—that’s not skincare, that’s shelf science,” she jokes. Her brand’s mission is to offer products that are fresh, organic, and rooted in real results—not just marketing trends.

Skincare Meets Real Estate: A Brand Integration Strategy

Though real estate and skincare seem unrelated, Shyann has found creative ways to integrate both worlds. She crafts house-shaped soaps as custom closing gifts for clients and other realtors—building brand recognition while deepening client relationships. “It’s a small touch that makes people feel special—and it keeps my businesses connected.”

She also leverages her nonprofit to bring all her audiences together. Through Let’s Link Collective, a networking-based nonprofit, she hosts events that draw real estate professionals, skincare enthusiasts, and aspiring entrepreneurs alike. “Networking isn’t just about who you know. It’s about who feels seen in the room,” she says.

Navigating Entrepreneurship as a Black Woman

Shyann is candid about the challenges she’s faced as a Black woman in business—particularly in the beauty industry. “There were times when I’d look at billion-dollar skincare companies and think, how can I compete with that?” she recalls. “But I had to remember that no one else brings what I bring. My products, my process, my energy—they’re mine. That uniqueness is the value.”

Her authenticity resonates with her clients, who often become long-term supporters. She maintains direct communication with customers, avoids gatekeeping, and frequently shares resources with other Black women trying to start businesses. “I want my brand to be a safe space—for beauty, for business, and for belonging.”

Let’s Link Collective: Building Community First

While Bombshell Sensations addresses personal care, Let’s Link Collective addresses collective empowerment. The nonprofit hosts networking brunches, voter registration drives, and food giveaways, all rooted in a mission to connect people from all backgrounds. “Community is what’s missing,” she explains. “Everyone wants to be the biggest fish. I just want to make space for more fish.”

The nonprofit’s events are designed to create access—to resources, to opportunity, and to people. “When we build rooms where people feel seen, things shift. People believe in their ideas more. They connect. They grow.”

Systems, Balance, and Staying Grounded

Managing multiple businesses requires discipline and tools. Shyann credits digital planning apps like “To-Do” for helping her stay on task. She also relies heavily on a written planner, updating it weekly to avoid burnout. “Crossing things off is therapeutic,” she says. “It reminds me that I’m actually moving forward, even when the list feels long.”

She also takes care of her mental health by setting boundaries and creating space for family. “My long-term goal isn’t just money—it’s legacy,” she says. “I want my kids to inherit something strong. Something meaningful.”

Legacy, Longevity, and What’s Next

Looking forward, Shyann plans to expand Bombshell Sensations nationally without compromising quality. She is committed to maintaining ownership of her brand, resisting the temptation to sell out or scale too fast. “I want to stay in control. No watered-down formulas. No disconnected customer service. I want to be that brand people trust because they know I care.”

She’s also growing Let’s Link Collective into a central resource hub for Black entrepreneurs, with more events, business workshops, and collaboration opportunities in the works.

Her message to Black women watching her journey is simple but strong: “Start. Be scared, but start anyway. Don’t let people project their fears onto you. And don’t gatekeep. We rise together.”
