With a background in Sustainable Nutritional Wellness, Sexual Health, and Trauma-Based Emotional Wellness, Kami brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Dear Black Woman podcast. She is passionate about empowering Black women globally through her books, coaching services, and cooking therapy. As a proud creator of the Dear Black Woman movement, Kami’s mission is to inspire and uplift women, helping them find healing and strength through community and shared experiences.

Lauren Edwards
