Refund/Cancellation Policy
Deposits for services are non-refundable. Refunds, returns, or cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Physical products may be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original, unused condition for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
