By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a speaker at the conference(s) hosted by Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, subsidiaries, or vendors:

1. Representation and Views

   I understand that the opinions and views expressed during my presentation are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, or vendors.

2. Accuracy of Content

   I affirm that I am solely responsible for the accuracy of the content in my presentation, including data, quotes, and references. I agree that Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors are not liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in my presentation.

3. Recording and Distribution

   I grant Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors permission to record, photograph, and distribute my presentation, in whole or in part, in any format (video, audio, transcripts) for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

   I confirm that all materials used in my presentation are original or properly attributed and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. I retain ownership of my materials but grant Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for conference-related purposes.

5. Compliance with Event Policies

   I agree to adhere to the event’s code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and respect for all attendees, speakers, and staff.

6. Media and Publicity

   I consent to the use of my name, likeness, voice, and biographical details for promotional and production purposes related to the conference by Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors.

7. Non-Commercialization

   I agree not to use my presentation as a platform for direct promotion or sale of products or services unless explicitly approved by Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, or vendors.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

   I understand that I must not disclose any personal, sensitive, or confidential information about third parties during my presentation without proper authorization or consent.

9. Liability Release

   I acknowledge that Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors are not responsible for any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from my participation as a speaker. I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims resulting from my presentation or conduct.

10. Cancellation and Substitution

    I understand that Dear Black Woman, Redd Ladys Chronicles, their subsidiaries, and vendors reserve the right to modify the event schedule, including substituting or removing speakers, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
